Daylight saving time: which way to change the clocks

Ukrainians change their clocks twice a year. On Sunday, March 29, Ukraine will switch to daylight saving time. Clocks are adjusted twice annually: to winter time in autumn and to summer time in spring.

In Ukraine, clocks are moved forward on the last Sunday of March. In 2026, this will take place on the night of March 28 to 29. At 3:00 a.m. on March 29, 2026, clocks should be set one hour forward.

Most modern electronic devices will switch to daylight saving time automatically, provided they are connected to the internet. However, mechanical clocks or devices without internet access must be adjusted manually.

Some people find the transition to daylight saving time difficult. To adapt more easily and avoid health issues, it is recommended to prepare your body in advance and follow simple adjustment tips.
