A map showing the estimated movement of Russian drones and missiles is now available to all Ukrainians through the Air Alert app, Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi announced on Telegram.

According to Koretskyi, the feature was developed through joint efforts by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Defense, the Ukrainian Air Force and domestic IT companies.

The prime minister stressed that every minute matters in protecting civilian lives during Russian attacks. The new feature is intended to give people quick access to information verified by the military, without requiring them to search unverified sources.

“Importantly, the map does not show the exact real-time location of targets,” Koretskyi said.

He urged Ukrainians never to ignore air raid alerts, to head to shelters immediately and to remain there until the all-clear is issued.

According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the map will display the estimated movement of the following threats:

  • Cruise missiles
  • Shahed attack drones
  • Jet-powered drones
  • “Banderol” drones
  • Guided aerial bombs (KABs)
  • Unidentified targets
  • Ballistic missile movements are not yet available on the map.

The Air Alert app was developed by Ajax Systems and Stfalcon with support from Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.

The announcement comes shortly after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned that Russia was seeking to deploy ballistic missiles in Belarus, potentially increasing the threat to western Ukraine.
