Ukraine will review its curfew regulations amid extremely cold weather, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.

“I have instructed the government to prepare revisions to curfew rules during this period of severe cold. People must have maximum access to support centers, and businesses must be able to plan their operations taking into account the situation in the energy system,” the president stated.

According to Zelenskyy, the number of Points of Resilience in Kyiv will be increased, and existing locations will be inspected to ensure they are fully operational.

He also noted that he expects proposals from the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as from local authorities, regarding possible formats for the educational process during the emergency period.

“It is crucial that state institutions, businesses, and all levels of local government act in a coordinated and unified manner at this time,” Zelenskyy emphasized.
