Starting February 18, lifecell, one of Ukraine’s three largest mobile operators, will increase prices on its popular plans while also expanding the amount of data that can be used in the EU. The changes will affect all new subscribers, the company confirmed to RBC-Ukraine.

The price hikes are driven by rising costs to maintain network stability and the need to develop infrastructure under the challenging conditions of the full-scale war.

Which plans are affected:

Maxi: Standard price will rise to ₴400, ₴350 for verified numbers, and ₴270 for ported numbers.

Mega: Standard price for new subscribers will be ₴550.

In addition, all subscribers on the Maxi and Mega plans will get increased EU roaming data:

Maxi – 13 GB

Mega – 18 GB

The additional data allowance will take effect after the first 4-week payment made from February 18, 2026 onward.
