Most regions of Ukraine will have electricity consumption restrictions on November 11. These measures are a response to extensive Russian missile and drone strikes that damaged key energy infrastructure.
The hourly outage schedules will run from midnight until 23:59, with 2 to 3.5 rotational outages per area. Industrial consumers will also face power limitations during this period. Ukrenergo warns that both the timing and extent of outages may change depending on the state of the energy system. Citizens are advised to monitor updates from their local power companies.
