The Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) has approved the venue for the national team’s potential two playoff matches in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. Ukraine will play its designated “home” fixtures in Valencia, Spain.

At a meeting today, the UAF Executive Committee confirmed Estadi Ciutat de València, home to Levante, as the primary venue for the decisive games. The 26,354-seat stadium was selected from several international options and deemed the most suitable choice for the national team’s needs. The UAF administration has been instructed to finalise the agreement with the stadium and notify UEFA.

According to the playoff schedule, Serhiy Rebrov’s side will face Sweden in the semifinal on 26 March 2026. Should Ukraine advance, the team will return to the same Valencia venue on 31 March for the final against the winner of Poland vs Albania, with a World Cup berth at stake.
