Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU), together with the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP), has reported suspicion against the head of a parliamentary faction under Part 4 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code — for offering or giving undue benefits to public officials.
The investigation found that after corruption cases were exposed in December 2025, the lawmaker allegedly organized a systematic scheme to provide money to MPs in exchange for loyal behavior during votes, using secure messaging apps. Payments were reportedly to be made regularly and included instructions on voting and parliamentary personnel decisions.
Although NABU has not officially named the suspect, media reports and lawmakers indicate that it concerns Yulia Tymoshenko. Searches have already been conducted at the Batkivshchyna party office.
