Ukraine will receive new military aid packages following the latest meeting in the “Ramstein” format, including funding for drones, air defense systems, and logistics.

This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to his official Telegram channel.

Support from partners

According to the president, five partner countries have confirmed contributions to the PURL program. Norway will allocate more than $500 million to equip Ukrainian brigades with drones, as well as $150 million for logistics. The Netherlands will provide over €200 million for drone procurement.

Belgium will also provide funding for ammunition and air defense, while the United Kingdom and Germany will continue working on drone deliveries and developing long-range strike capabilities.

Focus on air defense and joint production

Zelenskyy emphasized that during the meeting, partners acknowledged the resilience of Ukrainian brigades on the battlefield.

“There is also a clear understanding of our needs in air defense and joint weapons production. The key is that every commitment that is announced must be fully and timely implemented,” the president stressed.

He added that with sufficient defensive capabilities, Russia loses the ability to achieve its occupation goals.

Partner support and Russian losses

Earlier, Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov stated that Russian forces suffer massive losses during offensive attempts. According to him, for every square kilometer of Ukrainian land captured, the enemy loses hundreds of soldiers.

Ahead of the “Ramstein” meeting, Ukraine also agreed with Belgium and Spain on strengthening air defense and expanding aviation support for the Ukrainian Air Force.

In addition, it was reported that Ukraine and Germany are preparing joint projects in the field of air defense, including the development and use of advanced laser weapons.
