President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has commented on the corruption investigations involving former officials of the Office of the President, including former deputy head Iryna Mudra, saying he does not have information beyond what is already publicly available.
Zelenskyy said information reported publicly was sufficient to make personnel decisions regarding Mudra and another official.
“There were enough details to dismiss her,” he said, adding that further decisions would be made if investigators provide additional information.

The president also addressed the possibility of further personnel changes in the Office of the President, saying that reshuffles should not become an end in themselves.
“Rotations should not be a goal in themselves. You can make rotations every day, but there is not always someone to replace someone else with,” Zelenskyy said.
Cooperation with anti-corruption agencies
Zelenskyy said NABU and SAPO continue to operate independently and that the authorities respond to their investigations.
He outlined the approach to cases involving government officials: if there are grounds to dismiss a minister, they will be removed; where the circumstances remain unclear, authorities should wait for additional evidence and court decisions.
According to Zelenskyy, the leadership of the anti-corruption agencies has not raised concerns with him personally.
Mudra is currently facing two separate corruption cases. In the “Forrest Gump” investigation, prosecutors allege that she and other suspects, including former MP and businessman Maksym Mykytas and former Opposition Platform — For Life MP Vadym Stolar, helped legalize UAH 150 million allegedly obtained through criminal activity. The funds were reportedly used to pay bail for a suspect in the separate “Midas” case.
Investigators have also accused members of the group of illegally acquiring valuable real estate in Kyiv through forged documents, including court decisions and ownership records. The assets allegedly taken in 2025 are valued at more than UAH 248 million.
The High Anti-Corruption Court is currently considering a preventive measure for Mudra. SAPO has requested her detention with the option of UAH 150 million bail.
