Rebrov announces Ukraine squad for decisive November World Cup 2026 qualifiers

Head coach of the Ukrainian national football team, Serhiy Rebrov, has announced the squad for the decisive World Cup 2026 qualifying fixtures set for November.

The roster was published on the official UAF website.

A total of 25 players were named to the main squad, with another ten listed as reserves. Injured Oleksandr Zinchenko and Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin were not included.

Ukraine National Team Squad

Goalkeepers:
Yevhen Volynets (Polissya Zhytomyr), Anatoliy Trubin (SL Benfica, Portugal), Dmytro Riznyk (Shakhtar Donetsk).

Defenders:
Illia Zabarnyi (Paris Saint-Germain, France), Oleksandr Svatok (Austin FC, USA), Valerii Bondar, Mykola Matviienko, Yukhym Konoplia (all — Shakhtar Donetsk), Vitalii Mykolenko (Everton, England), Bohdan Mykhailichenko (Polissya Zhytomyr), Oleksandr Karavayev (Dynamo Kyiv), Arsenii Batagov (Trabzonspor, Turkey).

Midfielders:
Yehor Yarmoliuk (Brentford, England), Ivan Kalyuzhnyi (Metalist 1925 Kharkiv), Mykola Shaparenko, Volodymyr Brazhko (both — Dynamo Kyiv), Heorhii Sudakov (SL Benfica, Portugal), Oleh Ocheretko (Shakhtar Donetsk), Ruslan Malinovskyi (Genoa, Italy), Viktor Tsyhankov (Girona, Spain), Oleksandr Zubkov (Trabzonspor, Turkey).

Forwards:
Artem Dovbyk (AS Roma, Italy), Vladyslav Vanat (Girona, Spain), Roman Yaremchuk (Olympiacos, Greece).

Reserves:
Ruslan Neshcheret, Kostiantyn Vivcharenko, Oleksandr Tymchyk, Oleksandr Pikhalyonok, Nazar Voloshyn (all — Dynamo Kyiv), Maksym Talovierov (Stoke City, England), Artem Bondarenko, Yehor Nazaryna (both — Shakhtar Donetsk), Oleksandr Nazarenko, Vladyslav Veletniy (both — Polissya Zhytomyr).

Ukraine currently sit second in Group D with 7 points — three points ahead of Iceland and three behind France.

The team will conclude the qualifying campaign with matches against France on November 13 and Iceland on November 16.

The group winner earns a direct ticket to the World Cup, while the second-placed team will advance to the qualification playoffs.
