Residential building destroyed: up to four trapped under rubble in dnipro region after russian airstrike
On 24 February, Russian forces struck a residential building in Synelnykove district, Dnipropetrovsk region, destroying an entrance and leaving up to four people possibly trapped under debris, according to a Telegram post by Mykola Lukashuk, head of the regional council.
“Serious situation in Synelnykove district. The enemy relentlessly attacks frontline communities with KAB bombs and drones. There are casualties and injuries,” Lukashuk said. Search and rescue operations are ongoing. He also urged residents who refused mandatory evacuation to take the threat seriously, emphasizing that no property is worth a life.
According to the regional prosecutor’s office, seven people were injured in Dnipropetrovsk due to the strike.
Ongoing drone attacks
On 25 February, Russian forces launched 115 attack drones of various types across Ukraine. Most were intercepted or suppressed by air defense units, though 18 drones struck 11 separate locations. In Mykolaiv region, several attacks occurred overnight, but all critical infrastructure remained intact, and no civilian casualties were reported.
