Russian forces carried out assaults and drone strikes despite the “Easter ceasefire.”
Over the past 24 hours, 120 combat engagements were recorded along the front line, according to Ukraine’s General Staff. After 16:00 on April 11, a total of 1,723 ceasefire violations were documented by the end of the day.
Russian troops launched 25 assault operations, carried out 365 shellings, and conducted 566 kamikaze drone strikes using UAVs such as Lancet and Molniya, along with 767 FPV drone attacks. No missile, guided aerial bomb, or Shahed drone strikes were reported during this period.
By 7:00 a.m. on April 12, Ukrainian forces had recorded a total of 2,299 ceasefire violations. These included 28 assault actions, 479 shellings, 747 kamikaze drone strikes, and 1,045 FPV drone attacks.
According to updated data, Russian forces also carried out 58 airstrikes, dropped 184 guided aerial bombs, deployed 8,458 kamikaze drones, and shelled Ukrainian positions and settlements 2,947 times over the past day.
In response, Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck four areas of enemy troop and equipment concentration, as well as two command posts.
