Residents of Tver reported a series of explosions overnight on April 11, with social media videos showing flashes over the city.
According to the Russian Telegram channel ASTRA, locals reported at least three blasts. OSINT analysis of footage suggests the light source may have been near the “Tvernefteprodukt” oil depot, a subsidiary of Surgutneftegaz.
Russian authorities have not yet issued official comments on the reported explosions or possible damage.
Separately, reports of explosions also emerged from other regions of Russia overnight, including Krasnodar Krai. Monitoring channels said the main strike may have targeted the “Krymskaya” pumping and dispatch station linked to Transneft, with additional reports of impacts in Gelendzhik and the Krymsky district.
