Ukraine’s Armed Forces struck a drone warehouse in the Zaporizhzhia region and attacked key Russian military facilities in occupied territories, the General Staff said.
According to the statement, Ukrainian forces overnight on Saturday, January 10, hit the Zhutovskaya oil depot in Russia’s Volgograd region, which was supplying fuel to Russian troops. The extent of the damage is still being assessed.
In addition, Ukrainian defenders carried out strikes against Russian military targets in the temporarily occupied parts of the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. In Zaporizhzhia, the Defense Forces hit a warehouse storing Russian drones belonging to the 19th Motorized Rifle Division.
Ukrainian strike drones also attacked concentrations of personnel from Russia’s 76th Air Assault Division in the occupied settlement of Kurakhivka. In Hirnyk, strikes hit a command post of a unit from Russia’s 41st Army, as well as a command-and-observation post of a tank battalion unit from the 76th Air Assault Division.
