Commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces Robert “Madyar” Brovdi issued a sharp warning to Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko, urging him to stop aggressive rhetoric toward Ukraine, according to his Telegram post.
In his message, Brovdi used a harsh warning tone, saying: “A barking dog does not bite. A bird of prey is different. The first 500 targets are already on the pencil. Free and very practical advice: don’t get in Ukraine’s way.”
He was responding to recent Belarusian claims about alleged Ukrainian drones entering Belarusian airspace and attempts to strike border infrastructure.
Brovdi also commented on statements by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov about continued “systematic and consistent” strikes on Kyiv, noting that Ukraine’s attacks have already significantly affected Russia’s oil industry and military-industrial complex. He claimed that in May alone, nine out of thirteen Russian oil refineries that were targeted had been hit.
Meanwhile, Belarusian authorities continue to report alleged drone incursions from Ukraine, while Ukrainian officials and the Center for Countering Disinformation dismiss these claims as provocations serving Russian interests, and the Ukrainian Border Guard Service has questioned the consistency of Belarus’ air defense monitoring.
