In Kramatorsk, a Russian KAB (guided aerial bomb) strike damaged a building housing a “Nova Poshta” branch No. 11, causing a fire and leaving part of the shipments trapped under the rubble.

The company reported that no employees were injured and that emergency services and law enforcement are working at the site. Damage assessment is ongoing, and full information about the condition of the parcels will only be available after the fire is completely extinguished.

“Nova Poshta” said it has already rerouted logistics so customers can still receive deliveries with minimal delays. However, around 20% of parcels remain under debris.

The company also assured customers that it will compensate for all lost shipments and will individually contact affected clients with reimbursement details.

Earlier, in April, Russian forces also struck a “Nova Poshta” terminal in Lutsk with Shahed drones, damaging infrastructure, while staff at that time were safely in shelters.
